How it works

  1. ApplyTell us about your work, how long you have been making it, and a link to your portfolio if you have one.
  2. Get approvedWe review every application and follow up within a few days with next steps and your seller account.
  3. Send your stockShip your inventory to us so we can receive it and get your listings ready.
  4. List and sellCreate listings with your own pricing in the seller portal. Each one is reviewed before it goes live.

Seller terms and conditions

Draft — review and finalize before accepting seller applications.

By applying to sell on LumaKnots, you agree to the following:

- Fulfillment. LumaKnots ships every order from its own warehouse. You do not handle shipping.

- Consignment inventory. You send physical stock to LumaKnots' warehouse ahead of sale; a minimum stock quantity is agreed with you individually at approval.

- Commission. LumaKnots deducts a commission on each sale, shown to you on every listing and order.

- Shipping cost. Although LumaKnots manages fulfillment, the courier cost for your items is deducted from your earnings — shown separately from commission on every order.

- Returns, damage & RTO. Responsibility for return shipping, damaged inventory, and return-to-origin (RTO) costs is set out in your seller agreement.

- Payment schedule. Payouts are made on a schedule agreed at approval, either manually or via automated bank transfer once available.

- Listing approval. New listings are reviewed by LumaKnots before appearing on the storefront.
